Your license, in plain terms

Every graphic from PNG Boutique (clipart, digital papers, patterns, and bundles) comes with a generous commercial license included at no extra cost. We’d rather you feel free to create than spend your time decoding fine print. Here’s exactly what you can do.

What you’re free to do

  • Use PNG Boutique graphics in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
  • Create and sell finished products that include our graphics: printables, planners, journals, stickers, invitations, classroom materials, social graphics, packaging, logos, and more.
  • Use our graphics inside editable templates and digital resources you sell (for example, Canva templates and other editable digital products).
  • Include our graphics in templates and resources you sell with PLR (private label rights), so your own customers can edit those templates for their use.
  • Use across physical and digital products alike.
  • No attribution required. Credit is always appreciated, never required.
  • No sales cap. Use in as many end products and sell as many copies as you like.

The one line that protects every creator

The graphics must always be used as part of a finished project or an editable template or resource. You may not do the following:

  • Resell, share, give away, or redistribute the original graphic files as-is, whether as standalone files or bundled together as a clipart pack, digital paper pack, or graphics set. The artwork can’t leave the shop as raw art; it can only travel inside something you’ve created with it.
  • Claim the graphics as your own original artwork, or offer them to others as raw design assets, clip art, or stock graphics.
  • Use the graphics in any unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or infringing way.

The simple test: your customers can buy and edit your template or product, but they should never end up with our raw graphic files to redistribute on their own. That single boundary is what keeps these collections special for every creator who buys them.

A note on PLR and templates

Because we allow use in templates sold with PLR, here’s the distinction that matters: you may sell an editable template that contains our graphics and grant your buyer the rights to edit and use that template, including under PLR terms. What isn’t permitted is extracting our graphics out of the template and offering them as standalone, editable, or re-sellable clipart, papers, or design files. Keep the art woven into the resource, and you’re fully within your license.

One friendly ask: when you sell an editable template or resource that includes our graphics, let your buyers know (in your product terms or purchase documents) that the graphics are there for use inside that product only, and aren’t to be reused, resold, or repurposed into other products. A single clear line keeps every creator in the chain covered.
